What exactly is a gratitude journal?
Sometimes we can focus a little too hard on the negative things in our lives and push the good stuff to the side. With the practice of gratitude journalling, the trick is to bring your attention to the positive. It’s as simple as the name suggests – a journal of things that you’re grateful for, which you keep track of on a daily basis. You can use a diary, notebook or even one of the many gratitude apps (there are loads of free ones!).
