Should I ex­er­cise when detox­ing?

Mild ex­er­cise is okay as it ac­tu­ally stim­u­lates the lym­phatic sys­tem, which helps rid the body of tox­ins. But I don’t rec­om­mend stren­u­ous ex­er­cise as this will zap the en­ergy that the body may be us­ing for the detox process. It can also be dan­ger­ous as there’s a good chance you may be feel­ing more light-headed and not be as fo­cused as usual, which could lead to in­jury. So stick to a light walk, cy­cle, or other gen­tle move­ment pat­terns such as aqua-aer­o­bics, if you still want to re­main ac­tive while detox­ing.
