Well the good news is that you don’t need to have a gym mem­ber­ship, any fancy equip­ment or even lots of free time to be able to tone and tighten the dif­fer­ent parts of your body. These high-speed at-home rou­tines will take just 10 min­utes out of your day and don’t re­quire any­thing more than a chair, a wall, a broom­stick and a can-do at­ti­tude! Aim to do them three or four times a week and you’ll soon see and feel the re­sults.
