Have a lunchtime walk. Discover a new sandwich bar, head to a post box further away… Climb 15 flights of stairs throughout the day. Pace up and down while you’re on the phone.
Play with the kids: swing ball, tag, hide and seek… You’ll be amazed at what a mini workout this is.
Raking leaves, mowing the lawn, weeding and repotting make for a great little exercise session.
While doing your shopping, ensure you take lots of steps (and even consider baskets instead of a trolley) so that you’re walking and reaching for 20 minutes minimum.
