Sweet and delicious
Just had to write as I was so excited to see the sweet potato recipes in the March edition of Good Health. Sweet potatoes are so delicious and healthy to eat, I adore them. As soon as my edition of Good Health arrived I set to making the sweet potato bake with spinach and pine nuts. I decided to make two − one for me and one for the grandchildren. The final dish was amazing, tasty, healthy and best of all the littlies adored it and requested it again. You’re onto a winner with these recipes, thank you from the bottom of my stomach! – Jan
