The walk will con­sist of short in­ter­vals of walk­ing faster. Start by walk­ing at a brisk pace for 2 min­utes, then up the pace a lit­tle for 30 sec­onds. For the next 30 sec­onds, up the pace even more; then re­turn to your orig­i­nal brisk pace for 2 min­utes. Re­peat this for a to­tal of 7 reps.
