This is best to fit in at the weekend and will help keep your immune system strong during the winter months. Walking is one of the best multitasking exercises you can do, as it burns fat, tones you up, reduces stress and helps increase energy levels.
The walk will consist of short intervals of walking faster. Start by walking at a brisk pace for 2 minutes, then up the pace a little for 30 seconds. For the next 30 seconds, up the pace even more; then return to your original brisk pace for 2 minutes. Repeat this for a total of 7 reps.
