Med­i­ta­tion is great for pro­mot­ing emo­tional health. A study that fol­lowed 18 vol­un­teers as they prac­tised med­i­ta­tion over three years found par­tic­i­pants saw a long-term de­crease in de­pres­sion and anx­i­ety.
