» Honey and avocado mask
According to celebrity facialist Joanna Vargas, honey is hydrating so it’s great for dry skin, without the risk of breakouts. Avocado is full of omega 3 fatty acids and B vitamins, which are wonderful for your lymphatic system and restoring the skin’s lipid layer. The mashed mango helps brighten skin as it’s packed with vitamin C, while olive oil softens your skin and its anti-inflammatory properties help reverse the signs of sun damage.
2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp avocado 2 tbsp olive oil 1 mashed mango
Mix all the ingredients together. Leave on for 15 minutes and remove with a warm face cloth.
