Think vodka, lime and soda, with a de­li­ciously healthy twist, thanks to chloro­phyll and gin­ger. Chloro­phyll sup­ports liver detox­i­fi­ca­tion, im­proves di­ges­tion and helps reg­u­late hor­mones, while gin­ger set­tles the stom­ach and coun­ter­acts nausea.

YOU NEED 1 thumb fresh gin­ger 45ml vodka 25ml fresh lime juice Soda wa­ter, to top 15ml liq­uid chloro­phyll Lime slices and mint leaves, to gar­nish TO MIX

1 Place the gin­ger in a cock­tail shaker. Mud­dle un­til flat­tened. 2 Add the vodka and lime juice, then shake vig­or­ously for 10 se­conds. Strain into a glass filled with ice. 3 Top with soda wa­ter and add the liq­uid chloro­phyll. 4 Gar­nish with the lime and mint.
