A gentler approach
I was fascinated by your feature on finding your inner rhythm using ancient Ayurvedic teachings. As a person who has had sleep issues for many years, and who often feels anxious, I knew I needed to make some changes in my life. I was having too much caffeine and generally feeling out of balance, and reading this feature gave me the push I needed to put some changes in place. A gentler, more holistic approach appealed to me as I wanted to make a step in the right direction, but I knew I was too frazzled and exhausted to embark on something like a radical new exercise routine. I’ve been using the perfect day tips for my mind-body type, and incorporating more little things like taking walks in natural light, and eating a larger lunch and smaller dinner. While I’m not exactly sleeping like a baby yet, I’m certainly improving, and feeling calmer during the day. It’s only up from here!
