The city version of Project Forty Nine, a wine bar and produce store in Beechworth, offers a restaurant and event space with country hospitality. The Italian-leaning restaurant is next door to the wine store-café-deli and his menu placing emphasis on produce from its north-east Victorian base: Harrietville smoked trout mantecato, say, or chestnut and wild mushroom ravioli.
