Considered by many chefs as the best food festival around, the event will also host a bevy of famous foodies, including Rick Stein, Jock Zonfrillo, Matt Stone and Adriano Zumbo. “I come from an era where cooking was more Flintstone than molecular, and the reality is much the same for everyone cooking at home too,” explains White. “I always say a man should attack the stove like he does the barbecue.
