PRO­TEIN: Thirty per cent of your kilo­joules should come from lean meat, fish, chicken, beans, lentils, egg whites and pro­tein shakes. FAT: Thirty per cent of your kilo­joules should come from av­o­ca­dos, olive oil, wal­nuts and egg yolks (for ev­ery four egg whites, have one yolk). COM­PLEX CARBS: Forty per cent of your kilo­joules should come from sweet pota­toes, brown rice, oat­meal, quinoa and vegies.
