Five sets of five reps (at 10-rep max weight)


Lie back on an in­cline bench, arms ver­ti­cal, palms face for­ward, dumb­bells touch­ing. Lower dumb­bells to sides of chest over three sec­onds un­til slight stretch felt in chest/shoul­ders. Re­turn to start po­si­tion and re­peat with­out pause.
