Five sets of five reps (at 10-rep max weight)

Tech­nique

Stand­ing with feet hipdis­tance apart, take a shoul­der-width grip on the bar, keep el­bows un­der shoul­ders and slowly curl bar to chest. Re­turn to start po­si­tion over three sec­onds and re­peat with­out paus­ing.
