Nick Cave as novelist. For anyone who attempted And the Ass Saw the Angel, it’s an anxious proposition. Fear not, though, with his latest hardback offering, The Sick Bag Song. An engaging adventure detailing his 22-stop 2014 tour of the US, it delivers great insight into the Prince of Darkness and his many varied visions. As for the title, it simply refers to the fact he penned a lot of the prosey mash-up on the back of airline sick bags. $24.99; Text Publishing

In cinemas March 31
