Tennis: Because Wimbledon will inspire, courts are not as busy and a match works nearly all core muscle groups.
Running: Keep up your relationship with the footpath/park, and take our lead by moving your running program into the evening.
Biking: Mix things up, grab a mountain bike and hit the incredible bush trails on offer across the country.
Yoga: Stretch it out young man – especially good because muscles are often tighter this time of year.
