Triple dis­tilled in small batches us­ing an Alem­bic Pot Still, this gin is in­spired by the flora and fauna found in the Aus­tralian out­back. The botan­i­cals, hand-picked at Wooleen Sta­tion in Western Australia, in­clude Mulla Mulla, Pur­ple Vetch, na­tive lemon­grass, na­tive san­dal­wood nuts, cur­rant bush, and, of course, the star­ring botan­i­cal, Aus­tralian ants!
