With a fam­ily his­tory that spans cen­turies in Chablis, Laroche brings his in­ti­mate knowl­edge of the re­gion to un­earth unique gems to be in­cluded un­der his la­bel. Guided by the ethos of hand crafted ex­cel­lence, only the high­est qual­ity fruit from the most pas­sion­ate vine­yards and cel­lars are se­lected.

Start­ing the night with Pont l’Eveque cro­quettes and en­joy­ing dishes such as pork bal­lo­tine and mus­tard dress­ing, Head Chef Paul Tyas has cre­ated a menu per­fectly com­ple­ment­ing the wines and tak­ing you on a jour­ney through the four lev­els of ap­pel­la­tions within the re­gion.
