On Thurs­day 3 Septem­ber Fowles Wine are team­ing up with Meat Fish Wine to host a de­gus­ta­tion that ex­plores the dif­fer­ences be­tween wild game and farmed meat through de­li­cious dishes and matched wines.

Hunter gath­erer Matt Fowles will be up against beef ex­pert Adam North from Hop­kins River Beef as they bat­tle it out to present the de­li­cious qual­i­ties of meat from the wild and the farm. Cov­er­ing ev­ery­thing from hanger steak to Hare, you’ll get the low down on get­ting hold of and en­joy­ing high qual­ity meat with no bull.

The teams have worked closely with the tal­ented chefs at Meat Fish Wine to de­velop a six course de­gus­ta­tion that lets the dif­fer­ent tastes and tex­tures of the meat re­ally shine along­side our wine. The party will start with a glass of Fowles new re­lease Stone Dwellers Sparkling Pinot Noir and a se­lec­tion of canapés be­fore sit­ting down to the main event.
