As we near the end of 2017 I hope that this year has been one of in­creased health and vi­tal­ity, where you can see some pos­i­tive changes in your life. Re­mem­ber the power of 1% where even the small­est change adds to pre­vi­ous changes and over time this can make a mas­sive im­pact on your life. So be en­cour­aged.

What changes have you made in 2017? If you con­sider this and think, ‘I’ve made no real change, but I want to’ then de­cide to make 2018 your year. Make plans now be­fore the hype of New Year’s Eve and live each day with in­tent. Draw a line in the sand and de­ter­mine that 2018 will be dif­fer­ent.

And a spe­cial thank you for your sup­port this year. Great Health Guide has had a big year as we con­tinue to as­sem­ble an im­pres­sive line-up of doc­tors and health spe­cial­ists from around the world. It has cer­tainly been a great year, with 12 is­sues of Great Health Guide mag­a­zine and the pub­lish­ing of The Health Spe­cial­ists’ Se­ries, a set of six books in print and eBook for­mats. The lat­est ini­tia­tive is the re­lease of the Great Health Guide Au­dio Se­ries which is be­ing aired on ra­dio sta­tions around Aus­tralia. It’s a strong foun­da­tion for 2018 so stay tuned for some ex­cit­ing new in­no­va­tions next year.
