Streets fill with spring fes­ti­val fun

Nar­ro­gin Spring Fes­ti­val was a hit last Satur­day, with hun­dreds of peo­ple turn­ing out for the an­nual event at Nar­ro­gin Me­mo­rial Park.

Plenty of mar­ket stalls were set up from 9am to 4pm as well as a mu­sic stage and the hugely pop­u­lar Ro­tary street pa­rade with a Once Upon a Time theme.

There was also a Nar­ro­gin’s Got Ta­lent show­case at the Town Hall on Satur­day night and five beau­ti­ful gar­dens were on dis­play for the en­tire week­end at ad­dresses in Cuballing, High­bury and Nar­ro­gin.

Chil­dren en­joy a ride on the Ro­tary train.

The Safety House was pop­u­lar with peo­ple who lined Williams Road and For­tune Street to watch the pa­rade.

Nar­ro­gin Pri­mary School, East Nar­ro­gin Pri­mary School and St Matthew’s Pri­mary School took part in the street pa­rade.

Clas­sic cars made their way around Nar­ro­gin.
