A CAR was stolen from Mc­Don­ald restau­rant, Beau­fort Street about 1.15am on Oc­to­ber 24.

“An un­known male sus­pect has en­tered the restau­rant, leant over the counter and picked up the vic­tim’s ve­hi­cle keys,” Se­nior Sergeant Craig Davis said.

The man walked out­side of the restau­rant and took the ve­hi­cle.

He was de­scribed as fairskinned, medium build with short, brown hair and wore a blue hooded jumper, black shorts, black Nike san­dals and car­ried a black back­pack.

FRAUD in the Perth CBD re­sulted from a bur­glary.

Po­lice said jew­ellery and bank cards were taken from a Barker Road home in Su­bi­aco be­tween 8.30am and 11am on Oc­to­ber 23.

CCTV sub­se­quently cap­tured a woman us­ing the card for fraud in the CBD.

She was de­scribed as be­ing of medium height and build, wear­ing a grey short-sleeved shirt with pink Adi­das mo­tif on front, black un­der­shirt, Adi­das track pants, a cream-coloured bag and large avi­a­tor sun­glasses.

AN un­locked back door al­lowed a man and a woman to en­ter a Vin­cent Street house about 4pm on Septem­ber 17.

Po­lice said a mo­bile phone was taken be­fore the home owner heard the rear door and saw the man and woman in the back­yard.

The home owner fol­lowed the pair and af­ter a ver­bal ex­change the man grabbed the phone off the woman and handed it back to the vic­tim.

The man was de­scribed as dark-skinned, 20-30, medium build and dark hair, wear­ing a black Ever­last top, and the woman was dark-skinned, 35-45, thin-medium build and dark hair tied back.
