Over the Dm7b5 chord Benson su­per­im­poses an Fm(maj9) ar­peg­gio, mov­ing to an Ab­dim7 ar­peg­gio (bar 2, beats 1 and 2) and then a G ar­peg­gio with a b9 added over the G7 and re­solv­ing to C mi­nor scale over the Cm7. In the fi­nal bar he im­plies G7b9 over beats 1 and 2 be­fore re­turn­ing to C mi­nor.
