Sh­eryl Crow an­nounces tour

Fol­low­ing pos­i­tive feed­back for her lat­est al­bum Feels Like Home, Sh­eryl Crow has re­vealed she’s doinf a UK tour cul­mi­nat­ing with a Blues­Fest Lon­don show at the Royal Al­bert Hall.

Af­ter 35 mil­lion al­bum sales, nine Grammy Awards, seven stu­dio al­bums and an im­mensely pop­u­lar Very Best Of collection, Feels Like Home rep­re­sents a new chap­ter in Sh­eryl Crow’s en­dur­ing and suc­cess­ful ca­reer.

Re­call­ing the Amer­i­cana story-telling and twangy gui­tars that made her first two al­bums so suc­cess­ful, the 12-track Feels Like Home was pro­duced by Sh­eryl with Justin Niebank. It also rep­re­sents the first al­bum in her ca­reer in which each song was co-writ­ten with an­other song­writer, and in­cludes guest per­for­mances from coun­try su­per­stars Brad Pais­ley (played slide gui­tar on We Oughta Be Drinkin’) and ZacBrown (added vo­cals on Home­sick).
