A mi­nor is the rel­a­tive mi­nor of C ma­jor. This ex­am­ple uses the same chords as C ma­jor with one ex­cep­tion - the V chord is changed from Em7 to E7. The dom­i­nant ( V) chord is of­ten strength­ened like this in mi­nor keys. It also means that this se­quence con­tains a non- di­a­tonic chord.
