Benson starts with a Cm7 ar­peg­gio end­ing on a held Bb, fol­lowed by a cou­ple of dou­ble chro­matic ap­proach ideas (see GT168) leading into the A and G. He comes down C mi­nor pen­ta­tonic with a 9th (D) added, then over the F7 de­scends chro­mat­i­cally from the F to the Eb and sug­gests Gm7 and C7b9 on beat 2 be­fore re­solv­ing to F over the Cm7, and comes down an F ar­peg­gio with an added 4th, then back up F7 to close.
