Gui­tar ace Sayce re­turns!

Crit­i­cally ac­claimed gui­tarist and singer-song­writer, Philip Sayce is back with a new al­bum and tour. Hailed as one of the most in­no­va­tive play­ers on the blues-rock scene, Sayce em­barks on his UK tour on Novem­ber 20th.

The new al­bum, pro­duced by Dave Cobb (Ri­val Sons), is avail­able on limited edi­tion (1000 copies only) dou­ble vinyl, CD and down­load, and fea­tures Sayce’s take on clas­sic songs by the likes of Lit­tle Feat (Sailin’ Shoes) and Gra­ham Nash (Bet­ter Days), plus in­spired orig­i­nals that he hopes will knock your socks off. One of the orig­i­nals, Out Of My Mind, is a trib­ute to Jimi Hen­drix: “I couldn’t help but do homage to the master,” ad­mits Sayce.

The pres­ti­gious Liv­ing Legend award is also spon­sored by Orange and this year it will be pre­sented to Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame in­ductee, Gregg All­man. Com­ment­ing on the award he said, “I am so very hon­oured to be re­ceiv­ing this award.
