Dime would have used his lightning bolt graphic ‘Dean from Hell’. His Floyd Rose had a lot of pull up room for those super-high harmonics. Dime used Randall amps and several tone shaping devices. The tone is essentially scooped, with boosted high and low end; you should be able to achieve this with most modern amps or with a distortion pedal. For the melodic playing in the intro, Dime used his Digitech Whammy pedal set to an octave to add the higher note, so a harmonising device will help here.
