This al­ter­nate-picked triplet pat­tern re­quires swift po­si­tion jumps. in the first Bar you’ll need to tem­po­rar­ily shift your hand down to the 11th fret, switch­ing from us­ing your first fin­ger on the 12th fret (first string) to your se­cond fin­ger. This will al­low you to al­ter­nate be­tween E and E us­ing your first and se­cond fin­gers. Stretch up for the D on the 15th fret us­ing your fourth fin­ger. Your hand po­si­tion should re­turn to the 12th fret at the end of the first bar.
