improve thinGs aCross the Board

Guitarist - - Feature -

Getting reliability from gear when playing live is often about making incremental improvements across the board, rather than by acquiring one or two standout bits of gear. Chris Lawson says, “It’s useful to think of it in terms of the concept of marginal gains – in other words making small improvements, but across the board, as much as possible. For example, a one-per cent improvement across 20 items means a 20-per cent increase in efficiency – it’s a cumulative process. The attention to detail gives you a better overall result.”
