I love a dinner party where we open an old Margaret River cabernet sauvignon and watch friends appreciate the secondary characters evolve in the glass and comment, “Why would you drink anything else?” People are amazed by the complex flavours that cabernet sauvignon develops; those liquorice and chocolatey secondary characteristics. Margaret River cabernet is truly enjoyable over all the stages of its life.
