Grapefruit, white peach, custard and apple and flint, a hum of cedar-spice oak only serving to amplify what is a gorgeous expression of the variety. The deal is completely sealed on the finish. Limited in release, this single vineyard chardonnay is sourced from our estate in the foothills of Mount Canobolas, 950m above sea level. Hand harvested and aged on lees in French oak for eight months, the 2016 vintage exhibits classic cool-climate characters.
