Barrel-fermented with lees stirring. A chardonnay with exceptional power and drive, even in the context of Margaret River. The fruit honours are divided equally between white peach/nectarine and grapefruit. You know there’s oak there, but it’s not obvious. Very good chardonnay. 13% alc.

This is a classical Margaret River Chardonnay, fine and pure with a perfume of cashew nuts and stunning chardonnay fruit aromas that are complemented with well-integrated high-quality oak. The palate has real length and persistence. The fruit flavour is dominant and will see a fine chardonnay expression in the future.
