Hand-picked clones I10V1, 95 and 96, wholebunch pressed, wild-fermented in French barriques (20% new), matured for 10 months. Now this is a pretty snappy chardonnay, pulsating with life, yet never getting in your face, happy to let you come to your own decisions.
