Apart from the opportunity to photograph the wonderful KT, the highlight was spending time in the beautiful Clare Valley, one of my favourite places.

What’s your go-to drink right now? I’ve been taking the chill out of the Adelaide winter with Bulleit Bourbon (on the rocks of course).
