2016 Kyberd Hills Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir

-

This is a new venture, but Michael Kyberd has had many years of experience in making pinot noir, and it shows in this wine. Its fragrant red berry varietal expression on the bouquet is clear, but it’s the insistence and length of the flavours and tannins of the palate that make the wine as good as it is – which is of high quality. ’16 wasn’t as easy as ’15 on the Peninsula, so this portents very well. 13.5% alc.
