James Squire has re­leased 2500 col­lec­tor’s edi­tion bot­tles of its spe­cial brew, The Wreck Preser­va­tion Ale, which was made us­ing yeast from a 220-year-old beer. Re­cov­ered from Aus­tralia’s old­est wreck, which is off Tas­ma­nia, the old beer has given life to this new dark, malty porter, now bot­tled in a 750ml em­bossed bot­tle, com­plete with a gift box. Dan Mur­phy’s is stock­ing the brew na­tion­wide. RRP $50
