SPORTING clubs can apply for up to $500 for equipment in the latest round of the Community Sporting Club Equipment Subsidy which opened last month.
An annual subsidy of $500 will be made available to eligible clubs for shared sporting equipment for training and competition.
The subsidy is part of the State Government’s Supporting Community Sport Initiative, funded by Royalties for Regions and the Department of Sport and Recreation.
The subsidy must be used for sporting or competition equipment including shared uniforms, however it can’t be for individual members’ equipment.
