THREE people were charged with drink-driving offences in the first two days of February, prompting Waroona police to call for more care on our roads.
On February 1 a 47-year-old man was found with a blood alcohol level in excess of 0.05 and a 37-year-old man in excess of 0.08. Both of the men were from Perth.
On February 2 a 27-year-old Harvey man was charged after blowing in excess of 0.08.
“We see the horrific consequences of impaired driving all the time,” Snr Const. Chris Mackay said.
“We’re asking drivers to please take care on the roads and make sure any plans to go out drinking include a plan to get home safely.”
