Harvey police are seeking information following a number of burglaries in the region over the past week.

Officer-in-charge Sgt Scott Gillis said there had been three incidents over a three-day period.

“One of those occurred on Campbell Road near Benger where a lady disturbed four people who entered through the front door,” he said.

“Fortunately nothing was stolen but obviously she was quite shaken up over it.

“They departed in what we believe to be a white Commodore so we would be interested in any information relating to that.”

Sgt Gillis said there had been another incident near Cookernup.

“There was a burglary at a premises there where people have moved some of the belongings inside the building but nothing has been stolen,” he said.

“There was also an incident at a premises near Korijekup Road near Harvey.

“Someone has gone into a shed there and taken a ride-on lawnmower and a trailer.

“Anyone with any information on any of these incidents, or any other crimes, is urged to contact Harvey police.”
