Make way for Magnoli

With civil works having just commenced at Magnoli Apartments, Palm Beach’s newest address looks set to deliver a vibrant landmark to the iconic suburb.

The latest development by the multi awardwinning Sunland Group, Magnoli Apartments, will be characterised by two elegant mid-rise towers where cascading gardens spill from one balcony to the next, and a large landscaped park complete with on-site dining will be accessible to the Palm Beach community. Sunland Group Managing Director Sahba Abedian says early works have commenced at the Nineteenth Avenue address to prepare the site for the tower construction. “The level of architecture, craftsmanship and amenity embedded within Magnoli Apartments is unparalleled on the southern Gold Coast,” Sahba says. “The beachfront is less than 100 metres from the main entrance, where the preserved Norfolk Pines will be surrounded by landscaped gardens. Behind the tower is an expansive community parkland complete with a children’s play area, open green space, mature trees, and on-site dining.” Situated on the doorstep of Tallebudgera Creek, Magnoli Apartments will offer residents access to the many vibrant urban bars and cafes and the natural amenities of the Palm Beach area – all just five minutes’ drive from the Pacific Motorway.

“In recent years, this established area has been matched with an equally impressive level of architecture, opportunity, and growth,” Sahba says. Magnoli Apartments will feature a mix of one, two and three-bedroom plus study designs, as well as a small collection of architectural terrace homes. Stylish entertainer kitchens will be complemented by generous outdoor living areas, and quality fittings and finishes and ample storage can be expected throughout. Extra parking spaces and private amenities like a resort-style pool, lounge and landscaped barbecue and entertaining spaces will ensure absolute comfort and convenience for residents. Sahba says tower construction at Magnoli Apartments is on track to commence in December, with the project scheduled for completion in mid-2020. Those hoping to have an early look can visit the Magnoli Apartments Display Suite on the corner of Brooke and Nineteenth Avenue in Palm Beach – which is open daily from 10am to 4pm – or view the fully constructed and furnished two-bedroom apartment, complete with ocean views, within a private warehouse by appointment.
