There’s no need to re­strict your in­take of fruit be­cause of the sugar con­tent, UK re­searchers con­firm. Their study of over 500,000 Chi­nese peo­ple found those who ate fresh fruit were less likely to de­velop di­a­betes and heart com­pli­ca­tions than those who avoided it.
