1 large banana, chopped ¹⁄³ cup rolled oats Pinch mixed spice ¾ cup reduced-fat milk or chilled unsweetened almond milk ½ cup brewed coffee, chilled Large handful ice cubes honey, to serve (optional)
1 Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blitz until mixture is smooth and combined. 2 Drizzle 2 serving glasses with honey, if using. Pour smoothie into glasses; serve immediately.

²⁄³ cup frozen raspberries ½ cup frozen blueberries ½ cup baby spinach 1 tablespoon cashew butter 1 tablespoon LSA mix (linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds) 1 x 170g tub reduced-fat strawberry yoghurt
