Peo­ple strug­gling to get their daily veg in­take could find a new CSIRO-de­vel­oped broc­coli pow­der makes it much eas­ier.

Although a broc­coli latte drew mixed re­views at a Mel­bourne café, the pow­der could be used in smooth­ies, soups, bak­ing, or to ‘hide’ broc­coli in meals for fussy young eaters.
