Ever won­dered what a team of di­eti­tians and food­ies eat for lunch at work ev­ery day? Well, sorry to dis­ap­point, but most days it’s leafy sal­ads with an ar­ray of tasty top­pings, from toasted nuts and roasted veg to mar­i­nated feta (my favourite). How­ever, I’ll ad­mit that our team is the first to run to the kitchen when cake is on of­fer … it’s all about bal­ance, right?

One thing we do find tricky is sit­ting at a desk all day. Around 80 per cent of Aussie work­ers have to do some sit­ting at work, so we’re not alone. For this rea­son, we take reg­u­lar stand-and-stretch breaks, and it’s not un­com­mon to find one of us run­ning up and down the stair­well to get the oxy­gen pump­ing!
