The only prob­lem is to get fresh mul­ber­ries. If you can’t get a hold of fresh white mul­ber­ries, you can use black­ber­ries in­stead. But keep in mind, if you do use black­ber­ries, you will need to add a sweet­ener of choice like rice malt syrup or maple syrup as ex­am­ples. Fresh, ripe mul­ber­ries are very sweet like figs so you do not need any sweet­ener when you use them.
