The only problem is to get fresh mulberries. If you can’t get a hold of fresh white mulberries, you can use blackberries instead. But keep in mind, if you do use blackberries, you will need to add a sweetener of choice like rice malt syrup or maple syrup as examples. Fresh, ripe mulberries are very sweet like figs so you do not need any sweetener when you use them.
