1 cup soaked al­monds, rinsed (soaked for 1-2 days)

¼ cup + 1 ta­ble­spoon tahini

¼ cup olive oil

½ cup + 1 ta­ble­spoon lemon juice (ap­prox 2 lemons)

1 small clove gar­lic (op­tional)

1 tsp good salt

¼- ½ cup fil­tered wa­ter to ob­tain de­sired texture

3-4 sprigs pars­ley, roughly chopped

Gar­nish

Pars­ley, olive oil & cracked pep­per
