sweeter this way adding sugar!) with­out 1 ta­ble­spoon honey A hand­ful of al­mond

flakes

Place all in­gre­di­ents

in a bowl and de­vour.

NOTE:

Full fat yo­ghurt is rec­om­mended

since the low fat tasty and tend ones are to con­tain more less

sugar than the com­pen­sate for full fat ones the lack of taste.
