Anthea is a passionate vegan and raw food cook, caterer, and food blogger. She has been professionally cooking for over 16 years in vegetarian and vegan restaurants and cafes in the UK, Australia and France. She currently runs an organic vegan catering company with her husband Caspar, based in the Byron Bay region. She is a self confessed, obsessed foodie, and if she’s not out catering for an event or retreat you might find her in her veggie garden, in her test kitchen or at one of the local farmers markets. She is currently working on her second cookbook.
